    @BavarianSojourn: It was DELICIOUS, so much so I had a slice for breakfast!

    The cheescake was made from our first proper harvest of homegrown raspberrie, which is why I just had to show two photos :-)

    @Bright Side of Life: I'm pretty gobsmacked myself, I'm not exactly known for my culinary or green-fingered skills! There are still some raspberries to come, I intend to pick, freeze then make this again :-)
