  2. Ireland is just so breathtakingly beautiful. With such a big Irish Diaspora in England/USA/Autralia - do you sometimes thank your ancestors for not leaving? I would I think.

    @Midlife Singlemum: We do indeed have a beautiful country, only advantage to all that rainfall! I'm certainly glad that some of them stayed behind!

    @Blue Sky: Oh, it is fabulous. Absolutely stunning. I thought of you and Smiley & Aspie Boy....very big hills to the top. Theres' a pathway though. I was dragged up 'the extreme way'..or so Wiiboy tells me!!

    @mum in meltdown: It's gorgeous....and only 5 mins from my doorstep by car! Shame on me for not going sooner!
